Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: £30,000
Location: Bath, UK

Reports To: Agency Manager
Employment Type: Full time, permanent contract
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

We are based in a prime location of Bath, with easy access to the amenities that the city has to offer and easy access to Lansdown, London Road and Warminster Road. The successful applicant will be provided with a parking permit which allows them to park just a short walk from the offices.
JOB OVERVIEW AND SUMMARY
The Property Manager role involves coordinating maintenance and repairs to let properties, whilst ensuring compliance to legal requirements such as routine fire, gas and electrical safety checks.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Able to coordinate and multitask in a busy office environment.
· Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong IT and administration skills.
· Proactive and positive team player but able to work on own initiative.
Candidates will need a full driving license and access to their own vehicle. A parking permit is provided and business milage can be claimed (0.45p per mile).
