If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and know what it takes to keep a property running smoothly, we want to meet you! ----------------------------------------  ABOUT THE ROLE As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the community—driving occupancy, supporting residents, leading a high-performing on‑site team, and ensuring the property meets both financial and service goals. You’ll balance hands-on problem solving with strategic planning, all while creating a place residents are proud to call home. ----------------------------------------  WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead day‑to‑day property operations and guide onsite team members * Maintain high occupancy and achieve budgeted financial targets * Oversee rent collection, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting * Develop and implement resident retention and marketing strategies * Monitor and enhance property appearance, maintenance, and vendor performance * Manage move‑ins, move‑outs, vacancies, and unit readiness * Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care * Enforce company policies and community rules consistently * Coordinate maintenance and oversee third‑party service providers * Prepare property performance reports and track trends * Mentor, train, and grow your onsite team ----------------------------------------  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Residential property management experience is required (apartment communities preferred) * Professional, polished, and positive presentation * Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment * Solid understanding of property management principles and leasing operations * Experience with operating statements, budgets, and financial oversight * Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills * Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills * Ability to lead and motivate maintenance and onsite staff * Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence * Ability to be on call for after‑hours property emergencies ----------------------------------------  ABOUT BPG REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC Founded in 1993, BPG is a privately held, full‑service real estate acquisition, development, and management company with offices and properties throughout Washington, D.C., Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, PA, and Baltimore, MD.
