PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: Knightsbridge London
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (hybrid role once settling period has been passed)
Salary: £32000- £34000 + Commission
We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join our thriving Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels and enjoys a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Protect our Clients Asset and work in their best interests
  • Retain Management on the Portfolio
  • Prioritising and troubleshooting key maintenance issues (floods, boilers, leaks and appliances)
  • The ability to scrutinise quotes on behalf of the client
  • Understanding how to add value when sending an inspection report
  • Negotiate deposit deduction in a fair and efficient manner, within required timeframes
  • Understanding KPI’s required for role
  • Understand importance of leaving notes on RPS and attaching documents to letters folder consistently
  • Understand the importance of setting and following up on tasks consistently to assist with personal management of issues, and to support colleagues in your absence
  • Develop understanding of client accounts and statements
  • Attend Local branch and participate in their morning meeting as per rota and fulfil inspection requirements
  • Attend weekly 1 : 1 meetings with Senior leadership team
  • Understand roles of supporting departments including lettings, compliance, accounts and tenancy progression and when to contact them
  • Support others growth and development.
  • Ensuring current portfolio is fully compliant, e.g. EICR, Gas Safety Certificate
  • Adhere to department standards
  • Ensure that both Tenants and Landlords have been informed about the end of Tenancy process
  • Providing guidance on the process of deposit dilapidations
