Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations of the business
- Hold a vital role in a fast growing company
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Build relationships with a large portfolio of clients
- Learn and implement sales techniques to upsell products and services
- Collaborate to achieve business goals
- Managing a large portfolio of properties from Uckfield to Eastbourne.
- Property visits and inspections
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook is essential
- UK driving licence and vehicle essential
- Previous experience within the property sector is essential
