Job Description As a Property Manager at Colliers, you’ll lead end-to-end property management and transaction services, building strong landlord and tenant relationships while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional outcomes. What you’ll be doing: Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues. Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards. Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control. Undertake frequent inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of the property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance at all times. Liaise regularly with the landlord regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting tenant negotiations as required, in a timely and professional manner. Prepare detailed cash-flow budgets covering all items of income and expenditure, including progressive analysis of performance and re-forecasting. Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently. Qualifications 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Property Manager role, managing commercial or industrial assets. Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential). Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
