We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Auckland. This is a great opportunity to step into a high-performing team, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to the success of some of the city’s most dynamic properties. Key Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a nominated portfolio, while also supporting long-term asset performance and client outcomes. This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail / shopping centre property portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders Oversee tenancy matters, including lease compliance and vacancy management Support the delivery of asset strategies and lifecycle planning Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to drive results Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives across assets Prepare and manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance Ensure timely rent collection and financial accuracy Qualifications The Value You’ll add Proven property management experience (commercial and/or retail preferred) REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain Strong communication and relationship management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities A practical, solutions-focused approach with sound commercial judgement Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to get involved What we offer We’re proud to be recognised as a 2025 finalist in the Best Places to Work awards, reflecting our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture.
