Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of commercial properties.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of rental payments and other property-related charges.
• Monitor maintenance, facilities, security, cleaning, and other property services.
• Handle tenant complaints, requests, renewals, and lease-related matters.
• Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Monitor service contracts, operating expenses, budgets, and property-related documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, tenancy, maintenance, collections, and overall property performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience managing commercial properties in the Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy, property operations, facilities coordination, and tenant relations.
• Good communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE real estate/property management experience will be preferred.
•
