The Council has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our Team to help manage the Councils Investment Property portfolio.
The role will involve ensuring rent, insurance and service charges are collected on time, properties are kept in repair, site visits and liaison with tenants to ensure lease compliance and identify opportunities to help tenants expand and progress and increase the Council’s rent income.
