• Must have commercial property management experience
• Supervising Maintenance staff
• Reporting work that maintenance has completed or in process
• Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants
• Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
• Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications
• Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs with vendors
• Negotiating contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and others

  Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,450.00 per year
