THE ROLE

The Property Manager is responsible for a portfolio of properties located across a specific region. You will build strong relationships with our investors and tenants and work as part of our dynamic and supportive team to provide industry-leading property management services.
You will carry out routine inspections, prepare entry and exit reports, manage arrears, and follow up on lease renewals for rental properties.
You will be trusted to work autonomously and will be supported by a Team of Assistant Property Managers, Trust Accounting, Maintenance, your colleagues and your manager. In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

• Real estate Certificate of Registration for your relevant state.
• Previous experience in property management and knowledge of rental tenancy legislation for your relevant state.
• Experience managing Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) Bond processes and loans
• Relevant skills and experience in liaising with various stakeholders and working effectively and sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs.
• Ability to work Saturday’s when required
• Previous experience working within a large, diverse, and busy team.
• Strong work ethic, resilience and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working on Property Management Programs and Microsoft Office efficiency.
• Ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Satisfactory police check and Working with Children check
