OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of property management principles and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Experience with Yardi is considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential.

  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  • Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction for management review.
