We’re currently looking for someone proactive, organised and a problem-solver and who displays a real passion for working in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar agency environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum two years experience in residential lettings industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Be adaptable and a good team player
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and on their own
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident in dealing with clients

  • Arrange inventory check-ins and check-outs with relevant parties
  • Monitor and follow up on Right to Rent checks for existing tenants
  • Respond to tenants regarding any property-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repair works
  • Review and verify contractor invoices, ensuring timely communication with the Client Accounts team
  • Ensure council tax and utility accounts are correctly updated, transferred, and paid on time
  • Conduct property inspections, including pre-tenancy, mid-term, and end-of-tenancy checks
  • Oversee the tenant check-out process and manage deposit returns in line with regulations
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of service
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams within the Lettings department to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold a professional and courteous approach with tenants, clients, and contractors at all times
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required
  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded and stored in the company’s property management system in line with compliance standards
  • Provide support to the Lettings team and Manager when required, ensuring a collaborative and flexible working environment
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed to support the day-to-day running of the departmen
