We are currently seeking a Full Time property manager to join our team In Exeter.
The successful candidate(s) will oversee a large portfolio of residential blocks mainly within the Exeter & surrounding area.
The successful candidate will be proactive and able to manage a demanding workload whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
Duties include overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections. Be fully conversant with Section 20 procedures, regular liaison with residents, Directors and Lessee’s, and attending AGM’s.
You will need a strong understanding of residential leasehold legislation and be able to quickly become an integral part of a very busy professional team.
MTPI qualification preferred but not essential.
Own car essential.

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Pay: £25,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
