If you’ve worked in the Property Industry and have an understanding of property management practices (Factoring), along with familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and the Code of Conduct, we’d love to hear from you!

• Manage a portfolio of factored properties throughout Edinburgh and the East Coast
• Conduct regular property inspections and site meetings with owners
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
• Organise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups when needed, this can include occasional evening meetings.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage diary, prioritise tasks, and stay on top of workload, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with various specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive property management service
