We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Property Manager with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Glasgow. If you’ve worked in the Property Industry and have an understanding of property management practices (Factoring), we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of factored properties across the Central Belt. This includes regular property inspections and site meetings with owners. We’re seeking someone who’s highly organised, with great communication skills—both written and verbal. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and have the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
You’ll also be responsible for working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery. When needed, you’ll organise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups. Strong Microsoft Outlook skills are essential for managing your diary, prioritising tasks, and staying on top of your workload. You are supported by various specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive property management service.
Please note that a clean, current driving license is required for this role.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about property management and eager to contribute to the success of our team.
The role is based at our office in Rutherglen, Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
The starting salary quoted is negotiable depending upon relevant experience and may be reviewed upwards.
