Job Description Take your Property Management skills to the next level, managing a unique remotely located portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the delivery of one of Australia’s largest property management contracts. The portfolio of properties is for a single client, an Australian Mining giant! As part of the regionally based Property Management team, you are guided in contract delivery, organisational processes, and compliance by your Housing Manager. Our regionally based teams are constantly supported by a Perth based team including General Manager, Trust Account Manager and Property Compliance Manager. You will bring your gun Property Management skills and confidence to the role, ensuring best practice and compliance is adhered to through the adoption of your industry knowledge and experience. You will learn about the unique nature of a single sophisticated client portfolio and integrated facility management contract. Role’s specifics: All typical property management duties and responsibilities. Such as but not limited to: Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures Routine inspections and PCR’s Property maintenance management Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery No trust accounting, no end of month, and no weekend home opens. Who are we looking for? To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working in Residential Property Management. You will hold DEMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration. You will have experience managing your own work schedule, managing competing priorities and working under pressure. You pride yourself on attention to detail, ensuring documents are completed accurately, processes are followed, and accurate client, lease property and tenant records are kept.
