Best City Rooms provides clean, safe and affordable accommodation for single people working or studying in Leicester. We do this by renting furnished bedrooms in houses with shared kitchens, dining rooms and bathrooms.
As Property Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the move-in and move-out processes are easy and problem free, that our houses remain safe, compliant and clean, and that our tenants have a remarkable experience.
You’ll also play a key role in marketing our rooms; this means making the rooms and adverts as attractive as possible, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for someone who is keen to take responsibility and who is autonomous and motivated.
You will need your own transport, as you will be moving around the houses, and you will be paid a mileage allowance.

Your Property Manager Duties will include the following

• Dressing and preparing rooms
• Contacting and pre-qualifying new applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Organising Move-ins
• Conducting Move-out inspections
• Visiting and inspecting houses
• Supervising cleaners and contractors
• Responding to, monitoring and resolving tenant queries

Mandatory:

• Leicestershire based
• Clean Driving Licence and own car (a mileage allowance will be paid)
• Well-organised and reliable
• Problem solver, able to show initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working alone, and as part of a team
• Available to work two full days (10 - 6pm) between Monday and Thursday.
