POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CMRAO General License, have a proven track record of 5+ years in property management, be able to communicate fluently in English plus Mandarin or Cantonese, and have hands-on experience using Yardi property management software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CMRAO General License (required).
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of condominium governance and Ontario property management regulations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (required).
• Proficiency with Yardi property management system (required).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential and/or commercial properties.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease enforcement, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor/contractor services.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, collect rents, and ensure timely financial reporting in Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with CMRAO standards, Condominium Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare management reports.
• Support condominium boards and ownership groups with governance and strategic planning.
