They are seeking a Property Manager to join their structured, supportive team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone organised, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career in property management.
Candidates with experience in lettings or residential property management are welcome. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for this Property Manager role.

• Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in day-to-day management of a property portfolio
• Manage all matters related to common parts of blocks of flats and residential properties with shared grounds
• Oversee repairs and maintenance and ensure health and safety compliance and update records
• Manage service charge budgets and communal expenditure with accounts team
• Oversee major projects and Section 20 notices
• Act as primary contact for concierges, contractors, and leaseholders
• Conduct site visits and deliver proactive management
• Manage cyclical and planned maintenance programs
• Occasional requirement to attend evening meetings/AGMs
