Job Duties Lead a team of staff to take charge of the management and operation of assigned portfolio Manage internal resources and service contractors to deliver high quality of services Maintain good relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders Monitor daily operations including renovation, repair and maintenance, supervising security and cleansing works, coordinating marketing and promotion events, maintaining quality customer service, carrying out accounting and costing control, handling crisis and emergency incidents as well as other ad hoc projects Requirements Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related disciplines Member of CIH / HKIH / HKIE or holder of equivalent qualifications Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred Minimum 10 years’ property management experience, with at least 4 years in managerial/supervisory level Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-initiated, detail-oriented with good leadership and management skills Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Portfolio ManagerRemuneration We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
