General Definition of Work
Performs work providing housing to low-income families, maintaining a site waitlist, monitoring residential leases and units for compliance, collecting rent, participating in court processes, completing annual recertifications, inspecting units, participating in procurement practices, managing tenant accounts receivables, monitoring budgeted expenses, attending monthly meetings, monitoring property appearance, managing vacant unit turn-around, interacting daily with residents, assisting residents with rent relief application processes, acting as hiring manager, managing staff, administering annual staff performance reviews, conducting staff meetings, and other work as apparent or assigned.
This position reports to the Vice President of Housing.
Supervision is exercised over assigned work group.

•Act as Contract Administrator in the procurement of all materials, services, and construction performed for the site via the Asset Management Project (AMP) operations budget • Adheres to RRHA, State of Virginia, and HUD Procurement policies.
