Henry Adams Lettings in Haywards Heath are looking to recruit a full time Property Manager/Lettings Assistant to help with the ongoing growth and management of the residential lettings portfolio.
The successful candidate will need excellent organisation and people skills, be able to communicate face to face, over the phone and by email. The role involves handling and dealing with property maintenance issues from both landlords and tenants, liaising with contractors and clients to resolve issues, raising works orders and invoicing, arranging for various legal obligations to be met, such as gas safety certs, EICRs, tenancy renewal documents and registering tenancy deposits effectively to name just a few.
The candidate will also be responsible for preparing new inventories, conducting tenancy check in and outs, regular property visits and dealing with all aspects associated with the beginning and end process of a tenancy.
Extremely high levels of customer service and organisation are required for this role, you must be calm, customer focused, professional at all times, diligent, be able to work well as part of a small team but also alone at times and boast excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
Diary management and exemplary record keeping skills will ensure your time is most efficiently spent in achieving your goals.
