The Role
We’re on the lookout for new talent to fortify our dynamic Property Management team in St Leonards, and if you’re seeking a workplace transformation, this role might just be your perfect fit.

We’re on the lookout for an individual who embodies the spirit of fun, hard work, and authenticity. In this role, you’ll dive into:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties (180 - 200 properties)
  • Building connections with both owners and tenants
  • Conducting thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Coordinating repair and maintenance work orders
  • Keeping a tight grip on rental arrears to ensure minimal issues
  • Office hours 9am - 5.30pm, flexibility options to be discussed.

The Portfolio
Overall, the portfolio currently includes just under 200 properties, mostly situated in the Lower North Shore, with half of them within walking distance from the office. Our portfolio is highly manageable, primarily consisting of apartments with only a handful of houses. Nearly 100 of these properties are conveniently located in the same building, just a five-minute walk from our office.
