Responsibilities
  • Tenant Management: Address inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally.
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, oversee repairs, and organise check-ins/check-outs to assess damages for deposit deductions.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date and ensure properties comply with property regulations and safety standards.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • CRM and Organisational Skills: Learn and master all our CRM systems to track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity.
  • Inbox Management: Organise emails to ensure no enquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements; report to the Head of Property Management.
  • Snagging and Handover: Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors and oversee quality of work.
  • Emergency Response: Handle urgent property issues promptly.
