Qualifications Who You Are We’re looking for a dedicated leader who shares our commitment to excellence and team collaboration. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have at least two years of continuous management experience (over 100 units preferred) with proven marketing, sales, or public relations expertise. Are well-versed in property management software, Microsoft Office, and financial analysis (rent rolls, receivables, payables, etc.). Bring a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and hold a designation from IREM or a recognized Apartment Association.
