We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager, formally titled Assistant Maintenance Controller, to join our team at our Head Office in Sale. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in property or maintenance management, particularly within the Build to Rent sector.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the private rental sector. Working with your team, you’ll be fundamental in ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed promptly and efficiently and to a high standard. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who cares about the people around them and is willing to go the extra mile.

  • Prior experience dealing with responsive and planned maintenance (essential).
  • Prior experience working within the property or facilities management industry (Build to Rent preferred).
  • Ability to diagnose common property maintenance issues via photos and/or videos (preferred)
  • Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond.
  • Can-do attitude
  • Computer Literate with good working knowledge of Excel
  • High levels of Integrity and Reliability
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with your team, ensuring planned and responsive repairs are conducted in line with set KPIs.
  • Instruction of works based on Schedule of Rates.
  • Reporting & data: oversee the preparation of internal and external reports including analysis of key metrics and management commentary for Clients and management team.
  • Supporting with the management of day to day relationships with internal and external contractors.
  • Client liaison.
  • Analysis of financial and repairs data.
