Marshalls Property Management Ltd is an independent lettings company based in Penzance. We specialise in the day-to-day management of properties in the private residential lettings sector, providing comprehensive support from start to finish.
The primary responsibility of this role will be property management; however, there will also be opportunities to learn about other areas of the business. As a small independent company, it is essential to have a strong ability to work in a team and to be adaptable in response to the ever-changing industry regulations.
While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance or gain additional experience within the residential lettings field. Sector.
Starting salary from £24,000 , depending on experience.

- - Obtain daily updates on ongoing repairs
- - Communicate with contractors and tenants to arrange access to properties
- - Manage scheduling for routine safety certificates
- - Provide detailed instructions regarding property maintenance issues
- - Update property records, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant
- - Register potential applicants and landlords
- - Maintain a strong understanding of property safety standards and legal regulations
