PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with Property Management experience to join a modern and vibrant Lettings Company in Bristol. You will be working amongst a friendly, supportive and motivated team and be responsible for a portfolio of properties, providing excellent service to landlords and tenants.

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Property Management or Lettings experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Confident dealing with customers face to face or over the phone
• Be able to work in a team or use own initiative
• Motivated, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed
  Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 + bonus
