Description
  • Established team | Leasing + Admin support provided | 2 x annual parties a year!
  • Awesome CBD location | Phone, Laptop + Car park provided!
  • Company that foster training and development | Monthly massages!
MICM Property, a fully owned subsidiary of Central Equity Limited, has been Melbourne’s inner-city apartment specialists for over 30 years. With a reputation built on trust, service, and full-spectrum real estate expertise, we are expanding — and looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, friendly and people-focused Property Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume team.
What You Can Expect: This is not your standard PM role. You’ll be managing a busy portfolio in CBD location — no two days are the same.
You will be surrounded by a well established, highly organised and supportive team working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, arrears, and routine inspections with complete accuracy
  • Conduct OFIs, application processing, and leasing administration
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Keep meticulous contact notes and documentation in our internal systems (RPS)
  • Represent clients at VCAT as required
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and deliver excellent service outcomes

You’ll Bring:

  • Experience managing a residential property portfolio in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret real estate legislation and confidently advise clients
  • Exceptional communication and people skills — especially under pressure
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
  • A current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work across multiple MICM locations and Saturdays as rostered
