Property Manager at Osprey Property.
An opportunity has arisen to join our knowledgeable and local property management team. You will be working alongside other members of the Property Management and Lettings team. The role will involve processing invoices and rent payments, maintaining information using property lettings software, assisting with letting properties and dealing with property management issues, repairs and ensuring the best level of customer service to our Landlords and tenants. You would also be conducting check-ins, routine inspections and check-outs and liaising with landlords and tenants.

We are an independent market town ( Stamford, Oakham, Oundle & Melton) property specialist that have knowledgeable, friendly teams - which is the backbone of our culture.
Being a small, friendly and entrepreneurial investment and property management company - you will be expected to tie in and work with the other members of the larger Group.

Above all, a positive energy and attitude are the most important personal attributes that we are looking for, to fit in to our family team and environment.
Full time position: Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30, and every third Saturday (0900 - 1400)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
