Job Title: Property Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more residential rental properties. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of property management best practices. The Property Manager will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction, property upkeep, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports. Develop systems to track key property metrics and trends. Financial Oversight: Create and manage property budgets to meet financial goals. Handle rent collections, account receivables, and coordinate evictions when needed. Maintain accurate financial records and deliver reports to stakeholders. Tenant and Business Development: Build and maintain positive tenant relationships through clear communication. Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Oversee the leasing process including applications, background checks, and lease agreements. Market vacant units and conduct property tours for prospective tenants. Collaborate with marketing teams to attract and retain quality residents. Operational Support: Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and meet all regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and manage all necessary repairs and maintenance. Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely service delivery. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations and safety standards. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and update internal practices accordingly. Contribute to the development and improvement of organizational policies. Team and Performance Management: Supervise and support on-site staff, maintenance teams, and administrative personnel. Lead internal meetings to coordinate team efforts and align with company goals.
