The Role We’re looking for a Property Manager who enjoys the balance of independence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of residential property management, from advertising and tenant selection to lease administration and maintenance coordination Conduct viewings, inspections, and tenancy renewals Maintain detailed property and compliance records Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople with professionalism and empathy Oversee rent payments, bond management, and arrears Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, communication, and client service About You: Experience in or exposure to NZ property management or the property sector Confident communicator who builds strong, genuine relationships Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM/property management tools Considerate and professional communication skills in person, in routine correspondence and in formal documentation Calm under pressure, proactive in resolving issues, and committed to doing what’s right for clients Looking for a long-term role where you can continue to grow and be valued as part of a small, supportive team Why Join Us?
