Description The Caleb Group, a growing and mission driven nonprofit, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated property manager to serve an elderly community in Nashua. Good rapport with residents is essential and previous supervisory experience of administrative and maintenance staff is required. Responsibilities include: Marketing, qualifying and leasing units to applicants; turnovers and move-outs; handling rent collections and eviction actions; overseeing routine maintenance and caretaking of building and units; maintaining a well-organized office; communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues; handling emergency situations as needed. Skills & Qualifications: HUD and LIHTC experience preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in Tenant/Landlord law Ethical Highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Yardi or other similar property management software The position requires a moderate level of complexity and requires the ability to work independently.
