We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of our property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven UAE experience in property management, with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of real estate regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws, real estate regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software/CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong financial and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties simultaneously.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate: 3 years (Required)

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Supervise leasing, renewals, rent collection, and tenancy contracts.
• Maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee property maintenance, facilities management, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi property regulations and RERA/DLD standards.
• Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and control operational expenses.
• Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and property value.
• Lead and mentor property management staff.
