About the Role We're hiring a Property Management Assistant to support a residential Australian property portfolio. You'll handle day-to-day administration across tenancy documentation, maintenance coordination, arrears follow-up and stakeholder communication. The client operates across Australian states, so broad familiarity with Australian residential PM processes is required. This is a fully remote, full-time role working core Australian business hours (AEST or as aligned to the client's operating timezone). Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, renewals, addendums and compliance files Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants Monitor arrears and issue reminders, notes and reports to the local PM lead Keep the PM database accurate with clean notes, tasks and document links Produce weekly activity summaries and ad hoc reports as requested Minimum 2 years in residential property management administration or an assistant PM role Hands-on experience with PropertyTree preferred; other PM platforms considered Solid understanding of Australian residential tenancy processes and terminology Confident managing contracts, maintenance pipelines, arrears and inspection scheduling Clear spoken English and professional written communication Available full-time, working core Australian business hours Reliable internet, your own computer suitable for remote work, and a quiet working environment with a quality microphone or headset Competitive base salary Direct contract with an established, growing Australian business Clear growth path as the business scales
