We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and ownership. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant information, maintenance logs, and financial transactions Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals Maintenance Coordination: Receive and respond to maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and follow up to ensure timely resolution Payment Recording: Track rent payments, issue receipts, and update accounting systems accordingly Requirements: Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rentec Direct) or willingness to learn Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Basic understanding of rental agreements and tenant rights (a plus)
