Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a shared portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring a smooth lettings journey for both.
  • Coordinating maintenance works, inspections, and safety certifications.
  • Serving and managing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.
  • Handling renewals, tenancy terminations, and deposit returns.
  • Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Head of Property Management.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven residential property management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Section 8 & Section 21 notices (essential).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A professional, customer-first approach and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car
