• Effective communication with tenants and landlords
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Managing arrears
• Ingoing and Outgoing inspections
• Recommending rental increases and lease renewals
• Conducting routine inspections
• Open Home Showings for available rentals
• Car Allowance for travel
