Location: Little Rock, AR, 72209 (Leon Circle) The Position: Smooth Operation- You will maintain the efficient operation of one or more self storge facilities. This includes maximizing sales & occupancy, controlling delinquencies, and ensuring proper maintenance. Serving People- You will build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments- moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one. Storage facilities work with people in transitional moments of life. We have the ability to pour into these people and truly make a difference. Daily tasks-providing exceptional customer service, property upkeep, processing payments, insurance and retail sales and collections management. For an Associate Manager you will maintain the facility in the absence of the Property Manager.
