ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Property Manager/SPM, you will manage your own portfolios, providing comprehensive and quality property management services to PIA’s customers with the support of our performing leasing team, centralized and dedicated Trust Account & Admin Team, as well as Customer Service Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Swiftly respond to and communicate with customers
• Build up and manage customer relationships (landlords and tenants)
• Collaboratively work with Leasing Manager(s) and conduct timely rent review and provide landlord(s) the market update
• Procedure management to ensure delivery of property management services with quality and professionalism
• Arrears management
