Description

Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and driven Licensed Rental Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to build on existing responsibilities and create a fulfilling and challenging career. The successful candidate will be an experienced, open-minded property manager who enjoys a challenge and is a self-starter who conducts business in a collaborative, proactive and transparent manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates will have:
- Must hold a property management license with RECA.
- 5+ years’ experience in residential rental property management.
- Working knowledge of Yardi and Rent Manager an asset.
- Strong ability to multitask, be proactive, and understand attention to detail.
- Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Competency with Alberta Residential Tenancies Act, RECA and RTDRS.
- Well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential clients and complete sign-up process.
  • Upload advertisements of new and vacant properties.
  • Conduct market research as needed.
  • Assist with all duties involved in managing the portfolio, including move in/move outs and inspections.
  • Always deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
