This position is also responsible for all phases of community operations and on-site team performance. Requirements This position requires experience with multi-family property management. Associate's degree required. Bachelors preferred along with knowledge of federal housing laws, guidelines, regulatory programs and policies. Section 8 Voucher Program experience helpful. Experience working with social service agencies and providers as well as problem solving skills with capacity to handle stressful situations required. Must possess a valid Maine driver's license and the ability to travel between properties. If you have excellent customer services skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, have budgeting knowledge, the ability to work independently, be a self-starter, creative and resourceful we'd love to hear from you!
