POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a 200-unit senior Tax Credit community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tax Credit housing, with a deep understanding of Tax Credit regulations and the unique needs of senior residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of a senior living community with 150+ units, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for all residents.
  • Manage tenant relations with a focus on meeting the needs of senior residents, resolving concerns with sensitivity and care.
  • Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents, maintenance, and support teams, to ensure quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations and other applicable housing guidelines.
  • Oversee financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain the property’s condition and ensure a high standard of living for residents.
  • Collaborate with regional managers on property improvements and operational strategies.
  • Foster a community atmosphere that promotes resident engagement and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing senior living or multifamily properties with Tax Credit Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tax Credit rules, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with senior residents.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Onesite) and strong financial acumen.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life for senior residents.
