POSITION:​ Property Manager
DEPARTMENT:​ Operations
REPORTS TO:​ Vice President, Operations
DIRECT REPORTS:​ Site Manager / Maintenance / Administrator (depending on location)
LOCATION: 100Sheppard Ave, E., North York

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and professional Property Manager who excels in overseeing the efficient operation of properties and managing major building systems. As a key player in our team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and city officials, ensuring a positive public image for our properties and Terracap. Your responsibilities will encompass site management operations, financial management, and control, as well as contributing to capital and special projects. With 3-5 years of experience in property management, a strong knowledge of building systems, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management software, you will play a vital role in achieving our organizational goals and maintaining high standards of property management excellence. The ability and willingness to travel, along with a valid G driver’s license, are essential for this role. REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years’ experience in property management or a related field
  • RPA (or real estate equivalent) designation would be an asset
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, HVAC and structural systems
  • Experience managing residential, retail and office properties
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to Yardi Property Management software is preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel is required
  • Must maintain a valid G driver’s license
