Description Seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team in the Lowell area. This position will be directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Lowell portfolio, which consists of two multi-family communities, both of which have large Spanish populations. Salary is commensurate with experience. Property Management responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leasing, marketing and waitlist management, Screening and recertifying tenants, Rent collections and evictions, Supervising maintenance and administrative staff, Communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues, Handling emergency situations as needed, Budget preparation, Processing payables and receivables, Conducting annual inspections. Requirements College education or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of multifamily property management experience. LIHTC experience and COS certification. Highly organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills in a property management setting. Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Spanish speaking proficiency is a plus.
