Built in 2017, Residences at Hamilton Lakes, located within Dupage County’s business corridor, is a luxury apartment community offering amenities and floor plans that boast quality and comfort. We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure our multi-family community thrives.   What You’ll Do As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance. Responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. * Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members. * Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies. * Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget. * Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations. * Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency. * Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning. What We’re Looking For * 4+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family housing. * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations. * Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.). * Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Why You’ll Love Working Here   Compensation: The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000/ year.
