POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. This role focuses heavily on maintenance coordination, tenant satisfaction, owner communication, and leasing department support, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, profitable, and operating smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or related field required.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and maintenance best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact effectively with tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in property management software, MS Office Suite, and online communication tools.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial leasing laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to schedule and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements.
  • Maintain a system for tracking work orders, vendor performance, and service response times.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and confirm quality of work.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor costs to stay within budget.

FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Oversee rent collection, late payment follow-ups, and enforce lease terms.
