My client are seeking a Property Manager to join their exciting business, due to growth. The ideal candidate will have experience within property management / property maintenance.
Offering a starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus genuine career progression opportunities and excellent benefits working Monday to Friday, 9 -5:30. (No weekends)!

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

· Experience within property management, property coordinating or property maintenance
· Excellent communicator
· Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants and contractors
· Driven and proactive
· Highly organised

THE ROLE:

· Being the main point of contact for tenants, assisting with inquiries and proving excellent service
· Communicating with contractors and maintenance staff
· Updating maintenance records
· Carrying out property checks and inspections
· Ensuring properties are well-maintained
· Processing tenant application forms
