Compass Commercial Property Management is growing its footprint in Oregon’s Western Region, and we’re looking for a talented and driven Property Manager to join our team in the Eugene–Corvallis area.

DESCRIPTION

This is a unique opportunity to manage a rapidly growing commercial portfolio of retail, office, and industrial/business park properties in Eugene, Corvallis and surrounding areas. If you’re an experienced commercial property manager with strong financial acumen, a passion for delivering excellent tenant service, and the organizational strength to run day-to-day operations - this is your next career move.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Oregon Real Estate Broker License -or Oregon property management license with the ability to obtain a broker’s license within six months.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, CAM reconciliations, vendor management, and tenant services
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver’s license and personal transportation for site visits

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: DOE
  • Bonus potential based on performance and portfolio metrics

Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day property operations, repairs, inspections, and vendor coordination
  • Overseeing tenant relations, lease compliance, move-ins/move-outs, and issue resolution
  • Calculating and reconciling CAM charges for triple net leases
  • Developing and managing annual budgets, expense tracking, and monthly variance reporting
  • Preparing owner reports, financial narratives, and capital improvement plans
  • Administering insurance claims and construction oversight
  • Participating in marketing strategy and vacancy leasing efforts with brokers
  • Leading on-site inspections and contributing to asset value growth
