Your Move -Steve Hardaker Limited have an exciting opening for a Property Manager to join our Property Management Centre .
Our Property Managers are responsible for providing effective Property management .
The role is based in a small friendly team who support through our upgraded software our Lettings team based in our 13 branches .
The key responsibilities of this role include :
Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Maintaining strong relationships with our Branch Lettings Teams
Processing Maintenance Invoices
Dealing with end of Lease dilapidation’s works
Managing the renewal of all compliance certification
Assisting ad hoc in other departments when required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Basic IT skills
Professional telephone skills
Experience in administration role essential
Experience in Lettings is beneficial however not essential as full training shall be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
